California Dreams is an American TV series that aired from 1992 to 1996. The teen-oriented program aired on Saturday mornings on NBC. It was created by writers Brett Dewey and Ronald B. Solomon and executive produced by Peter Engel, all known more for their work on Saved by the Bell. California Dreams was about a multiethnic group of teens and their band. The show's plots combined real-life issues with zany adventures. It covered a range of topics such as fear, using drugs for a competitive edge, falling for scams, letting greed overtake friendship, accepting a divorced parent dating, forgiving others for past wrongs, and dealing with general teen social problems.

To date, the only member of the cast to continue a steady acting career is Kelly Packard, who was cast in Baywatch and as a co-host of Ripley's Believe it or Not!.

Nash Bridges is an American drama based on police department officers. Carlton Cuse has created it. The first scene starts with the two detectives of Police Department in San Francisco; Don Johnson and Cheech Marin. It was such a popular drama that ran for more than five years on CBS. The total number of 122 episodes was made and new actors and veteran actors were also introduced during intervals of the show.

Nash was to be brought out in 1996. Its main actor Don Johnson who was doing the character of Nash Bridges was the caption of a Special investigation unit, SFPD’s. He has been shown as a failure of two marriages and bringing up his daughter Cassidy (Jodi Lyn O’Keefe). When he got retired from police service, he & and his friend Joe Dominguez (Cheech Marin) joined forces.

Later on, both of them got involved in rich quick scheme. Before leaving for Vietnam War, Bobby Nash’s brother sent a gift. He was considered MIA after 24 years and his helicopter got shot down when he was piloting. In this series, Bobby was shown returned into town in season 3, as Bobby Chase. Here he was caught up in Nash’s case.

Towards the end, he meets Nash in an artery and tells him about his escape to East Asia after he caught and locked up in case of smuggling and contract killings. Another actor was James Gammon; Nash father. He was a bearish retiree and suffering from dementia.

The Nash Bridges was produced in San Francisco Bay Area. It was filmed in The Embarcadero and Piers 30 through 32. Besides, there was neighboring islands which were used at headquarters. The show was having huge working team including production team, staff members, stage designers, stagehands, electricians, carpenters and actors off course. This estimated production cost was around $2 million per episode. The gala opening of the show was on 29th March, 1996 on CBS at 10:00pm.
